Position Summary: 

The role of the Desktop Analyst provides analytical expertise on a variety of different hardware and software platforms. Hardware includes but is not limited to Desktops, Laptops, Laser Printers, Wireless Devices Scanners and other peripheral devices. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs all duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values. 

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:   

Education: High School Diploma required. Associates Degree in Information Technology required or 2 years related experience. 

Experience: Previous experience working in a Domain Environment, Active Directory, DHCP, Networking, Desktop, Wireless, and MS Office Products. Experience repairing various types of hardware used with McKesson and Cerner including; Desktops, Laptops, Laser Printers, Tablets, Wireless Scanners and Wireless Label Printers, and Document Scanners.
