Position Summary: 

Performs the duties and responsibilities of scheduled assigned line position. While performing line position integrates the following into daily activities: supervises and instructs employees in the daily operation of the department, participates in special projects and in areas of expertise; follows guidelines for maintaining a quality food service. Has responsibility for area in absence of the area supervisor. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission and values.  

 

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:   

Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred  

  

Experience: Previous food service experience, leadership experience preferred 

 

Licensure: ServSafe or NIFI Certification required within 90 days of hire
