Position Summary: 

The Application Analyst will support both Advanced Scheduling and Reporting/Analytics in the UKGPro environment.  This position will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation and ongoing support of UKG Advanced Scheduling within St. Luke’s organization by collaborating closely with internal business partners to design, configure, and optimize scheduling processes, while ensuring they align with organizational goals and operational needs.  In addition, this position will provide in house expertise of UKG Analytics and reporting capabilities related to labor management and scheduling. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs all duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Analysis and Design: Conduct thorough assessments of current scheduling processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with business partners to develop and implement innovative scheduling solutions using UKG Advanced Scheduling.
  • Configuration and Implementation: Lead department work groups in the planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Advanced Scheduling roll-outs. Ensure that the application is configured to meet specific departmental requirements and best practices.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in the development of testing scenarios and scripts. Support application unit, integrated, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of the scheduling solution.
  • Technical Infrastructure Support: Create, build, maintain, and troubleshoot the technical infrastructure related to UKG Advanced Scheduling. Ensure the system's stability, performance, and security.
  • Data Analytics and Reporting: Serve as the primary contact for UKG Reporting and Analytics. Assist in building and preparing dataviews and reports that support business partner needs while maintaining data integrity.
  • System Upgrades and Coordination: Proactively work with the UKG Timekeeping Application Analyst to coordinate system upgrades and ensure a smooth transition.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:   

Education: High School Diploma/ GED required. BS in Computer Science or Mgmt Info Systems is preferred or equivalent work experience. 

Experience: 2+ years experience in designing, configuring, deploying and maintaining UKG Advanced Scheduling solutions, preferably in a healthcare environment

Demonstrated ability to effectively configure and maintain UKG reports related to both Scheduling and Labor Management using UKG Reporting tools and platforms (Dataviews, KPI’s, Home Page Tiles, UKG Analytics, Datahub, etc)
