Position Summary:
The Director of Women’s/Maternal Services is responsible for the strategic, operational, and clinical leadership of the hospital’s women’s health and maternal services, including labor and deliver, postpartum, antepartum, neonatal care, and gynecological services. This role ensures high-quality, patient care while aligning with the organization’s mission, regulatory compliance, and financial objectives.
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
Education: BSN degree required. Master's degree in nursing, Business, Healthcare Management or other related Healthcare degree required. Internal candidates may be considered if they are currently enrolled in a related Master's Degree program.
Experience: A minimum of five years’ nursing experience and 2 years management experience required. Prior Women's Services nursing experience required. Head Nurse/Administrative experience preferred.
Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri
