Maintenance Manager - Surrey Place

Position Summary: 

Under the direction of the facility Administrator, organizes and directs maintenance and grounds keeping. Develops policies and procedures for these departments and sees that they are carried out. Is responsible for all maintenance and improvements to building and equipment and for maintenance and improvements to grounds. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs all duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values. 

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:   

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent  

Experience: Minimum of 2 years recent experience in maintenance, building trades, plumbing, or refrigeration
