Position Summary: 

Performs administrative assistant duties for the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and Surgical Services VP and Director. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs all duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values. 

 

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:   

Education: High School graduate required. College Courses and/or degree completion preferred (secretarial and business practices with a commercial business school preferred). 

Experience: Five years secretarial or clerical experience highly preferred. Prior executive assistant experience preferred.
