Position Summary:
The Manager, Financial Clearance provides strategic leadership, direction, and oversight to the Pre-registration teams. This role focuses on optimizing operational efficiencies, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and achieving industry and organizational Revenue Cycle Key Performance Metrics. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
Education: Four-year college degree required; Advanced Degree/Certification (Process Management/Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in roles related to Revenue Cycle or other relevant work experience.
