Position Summary:
The Director of Talent Acquisition leads and manages the full-cycle recruitment process for St. Luke’s ensuring the attraction, evaluation, and hiring of top talent to meet organizational needs. This role provides strategic oversight of all recruiting operations and is responsible for shaping the philosophy, approach, methods, procedures, program development, and communications related to talent acquisition.
The Director sets the overall strategic direction for the recruitment team, ensuring that all plans, programs, and services are closely aligned with business priorities and organizational goals. Key areas of responsibility include strategic planning, team leadership, candidate experience, recruitment analytics, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required. Master’s preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in recruitment, with a minimum of 3 years of management experience. Previous healthcare experience is preferred.
Licensure: SHRM or HRCI preferred.
