Position Summary:
The Medical Group Patient Experience Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive strategies that enhance the overall patient experience across our medical group. This strategic leadership role focuses on creating a patient-centered culture through data analysis, staff education, process improvement, and organizational change management. The ideal candidate will serve as the voice of the patient within our organization while driving measurable improvements in patient satisfaction and loyalty. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree required. Master's preferred.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in healthcare with at least 3 years in patient experience or service excellence. Experience with patient satisfaction measurement systems (Press Ganey, NRC Health, etc.).
