Position Summary: 

Provides physical therapy services to patients in their homes. Performs patient tests, measurements, and evaluations, such as range of motion and manual muscle tests, gait and functional analysis, and body parts measurement, and records and evaluates findings to aid in establishing or revising specifics of treatment programs. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values. 

 

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:   

Education: Must be a graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program and licensed by the state of Missouri who meets the qualifications under the Federal conditions of participation for Home Health Agencies established by CMS.  

Experience: Has had a minimum of one year working experience as a physical therapist. One year of Homecare experience preferred.  

Licensure: Current licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Missouri State Board of Healing Arts
