Position Summary: 

The Executive Director is accountable for the professional practice of departments throughout the Continuing Care Retirement Facility (CCRC), which includes residential care/assisted living, short term rehabilitation, memory care unit, and long-term skilled nursing services. Responsibilities include management of Nursing, Infection Control, Therapy Services, Food and Nutrition Services, Environmental Services, Materials Management, Social Services, Case Management, Admissions Office, Business Office/Billing, Maintenance, Activities, and Transportation Services departments, providing overall strategic, administrative and operational direction for the organization. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission and values. 

 

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:   

Education: Masters degree required in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or Master of Science Degree in Nursing. 

Experience: A minimum of 10 years' experience as a Director of a long-term care organization. 

Licensure: Current licensure as a Missouri Nursing Home Administrator.
