Position Summary: 

Runs quarterly Payroll Based Journal (PBJ) based off Kronos data. Verifies Kronos timecard data to daily assignments.  Submits the data onto the CMS website. Assists all departments with staff scheduling, Kronos Self Scheduling, and Demand Workforce. Assists with tracking employee and resident COVID testing, vaccinations and positive cases. Completes required reporting including weekly online NHSN report. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs all duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values. 

 

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:   

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree preferred 

 

Experience: 1-2 years experience in a health care setting, preferred. 

 

Licensure: SAMS registration with 90 days of hire. Must complete and maintain current access to CMS IQES Website for report submission
