Position Summary:
The Charge Services Application Analyst is Responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and daily support of charge capture within the Clinically Driven Revenue Cycle (CDRC) environment of the St. Luke’s Hospital network. This role ensures systems and processes algin with our mission and core values, enhancing revenue integrity across the organization. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs all duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree in IT, related health care experience, or equivalent work experience
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Cerner Millennium applications specifically related to Charge Services. Familiarity with Revenue Cycle tools related to Cerner Patient Accounting or General Ledger (preferred). Strong understanding of healthcare business processes, including charge capture and patient billing workflows. Proficient in Cerner reporting tools: CCL, Discern Analytics/DA2, and HealtheAnalytics
