Position Summary: 

Position responsibility includes processing insurance and patient payments within the financial system, preparing and balancing daily bank deposits, maintaining various spreadsheets, and reconciling payments received. Position also assists patients with billing questions and documentation requests, collects copays, and assists with financial assistance screening. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values. 

 

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:   

Education: Associate degree or equivalent experience
