Position Summary:

Responsible for overall management of receivables and revenue cycle for St. Luke's Hospital. This includes charging, electronic billing, cash posting, collections, APC management, payment term compliance, pre-registration, and customer service. Responsible for process improvement initiatives as they relate to receivables management, access, registration, pre-certification, charging, reporting, billing, coding, physician orders, requisitioning, cashier functions, new payment methodologies (APC's) and other related financial matters. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission and values.

 

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements: 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or equivalent required. Master's Degree preferred.

 

Experience: Progressive leadership experience in Revenue Cycle preferred.

 

Licensure: CHFP or FHFMA certification preferred.
