Position Summary:
The Manager of the Women’s Centers has direct managerial responsibility for all operations of the two Women’s Centers which is on the second floor of the east medical office building and in Chesterfield Valley. This includes but is not limited to the mammography services, surgical breast care services and mammography van. Responsibilities include all aspects of personnel management, quality assurance, budget planning and control, compliance with hospital policies and regulatory agencies rules, maintaining good physician relationships and oversight of daily operations of the Centers. In addition, this Manager is responsible for supporting a seamless concept of Women’s Outpatient Services. This would involve teamwork and cooperation with multiple departments that may or may not report directly to this Manager. The Manager of the Women’s Center is expected to perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission and values.
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
Education: Bachelors in Nursing OR Graduate of an AMA approved school of Radiological Technology
Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri OR Registered Mammography Tech by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists with MQSA certification
Experience: 3 Years of experience in a Women’s Services related dept required. Previous management experience of a Breast Center preferred.
