Position Summary: 

The Clinical Experience Application Analyst provides leadership and is responsible for the build, optimization, support, and ongoing enhancement of Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium / OCI) applications across multiple clinical domains. This role partners closely with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to ensure workflows are aligned, system functionality is reliable, and end-users receive high-quality support. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs all duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values. 

 

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:   

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Nursing, or related field; OR equivalent relevant experience. 

Experience: 2+ years of experience supporting clinical applications, EMR systems, or healthcare IT workflows. Working knowledge of electronic health record functions, clinical workflows, and troubleshooting methodology. Experience with Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium or OCI) preferred. Familiarity with Millennium build tools (e.g., CCL, Discern rules, PowerForms, MPages, etc.) preferred.
