Position Summary:
Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the organization’s policy management system (MCN). Partner with Quality, Patient Safety, Compliance, and Regulatory teams to ensure policy alignment with applicable standards (e.g., TJC, CMS). Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs all duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in one of the following or a closely related field (preferred) - Healthcare Administration, Health Services Administration, Nursing or other clinical discipline, Business Administration, Quality Management
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in one or more of the following healthcare settings - Hospital or health system, Healthcare quality, patient safety, or performance improvement, Policy management, regulatory compliance, or accreditation support, Healthcare operations or clinical administration.
Demonstrated experience with Policy development, review, approval, and document control processes, Regulatory and accreditation standards (e.g., TJC, CMS), Survey readiness activities, audits, or tracers, Interdisciplinary collaboration with clinical and non-clinical leaders.
