Position Summary:
The Clinical Coordinator for the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) supports the ASC Administrator Nurse Manager in leading daily operations, staff performance, and patient care delivery within the ambulatory
surgical setting. This role combines direct clinical practice with leadership, staffing, education, and professional development responsibilities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.
The Clinical Coordinator/ Educator functions as a clinical and operational leader, educator, preceptor, and charge nurse as needed.
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare related field or business administration; Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 years pre/post op RN experience required
