Position Summary:
Provide high level job summary here. The RN Community Educator serves as a community and employer-facing health navigator, advancing the mission of St. Luke’s Hospital by promoting health, wellness, and disease prevention across diverse populations. The PRN RN provides health screenings, vaccinations, education, and wellness support in a variety of community and employer settings. This role operates independently but in support of the community outreach team, delivering preventive care services and health education while promoting wellness and connecting individuals to appropriate resources.
Education: RN Diploma required.
Experience: 2 - 3 years teaching, community health, or health education experience preferred
Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of Missouri
